Another Team Set to Serve

For the past decade, Remember the Children has shared a meaningful journey with Azusa Pacific University, united by a commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders. Together, we’ve seen classrooms become launchpads as students step into cross-cultural ministry and discover how God can use their lives in ways they never imagined.

Through APU’s Go Global Teams, students have traveled with us to Romania, engaging in ministry that stretches their faith, broadens their perspective, and helps shape their sense of calling. These experiences go beyond service projects—they are formative moments. Some former team members are now serving as full-time missionaries around the world, carrying lessons first learned in Romania into new contexts. This investment in future leaders is one way Remember the Children lives out our mission to transform lives and communities through leadership development, church planting, and orphan care.

During my most recent visit to APU, we reconnected with students on campus and shared how a summer abroad can be both personally and spiritually transformative. A highlight was speaking in chapel on the theme of CALLING, which sparked meaningful conversations long after the service ended.

As we enter our 30th year, we’re excited to announce that another APU team is preparing to serve alongside Remember the Children this summer! It’s a new chapter in a partnership that continues to point students toward purpose, obedience, and lives devoted to sharing the good news of Jesus with those who have yet to hear.
