Remember the Children. Over the past 30 years, our team has witnessed moments we’ll never forget—like the teenage girl who quietly asked, “Will you be my father?” or another who pleaded, “Can you find my mother and bring her home?” More recently, a young boy leapt into the arms of RTC President Andy Baker during a Christmas visit and exclaimed, “Santa, you remembered me!”
Across Romania today, thousands of children are growing up without the love, security, and guidance they need to build a hopeful future. RTC believes that lasting solutions to the orphan crisis in Romania requires more than partnering with orphanages. They also depend on strengthening local leaders and helping plant new churches in unreached areas—so communities can be equipped and empowered to care for their own people effectively.
Leadership Development
We believe that strong leaders are needed for empowered churches and thriving communities.
Therefore we mentor current and future leaders, invest in Biblical education, and host leadership trainings.
Church Planting
We have started 17 churches in Romania and 7 in Tanzania. Through churches, we provide education, tutoring, mentoring, spiritual leadership, and resources to children in villages.
Our love for kids has opened the doors to minister to their parents, and create safer and stronger communities.
Orphan Care
We work together with local leaders and churches to provide a home environment for orphaned children.
Through our sponsorship program, kids are placed with one of our RTC families and provided with food, education, love, community and spiritual leadership.
