We believe churches who reach the children, reach the village.
A village leader once told our Executive Director, “Because you love and help our children, I trust you.” That trust has shaped the heart of our work ever since. We operate an after-school program that supports kids with school fees, homework help, and Bible lessons. Through this program, we’ve seen children grow academically, develop life skills, and come to know Christ.
And then the ripple effect begins. As families see their children thriving, trust deepens. We’re invited to mentor adults, help them find jobs, and share the hope of Christ. Over the years, we’ve watched entire villages grow—spiritually and socioeconomically—all because we started by loving their children.
Our church programs give children:
Education
Each child is required to attend school and graduate from high school. We support them with school fees, uniforms, and everything they need to succeed. Through education, they can break the cycle of poverty, go on to university or learn a trade, and grow into adults who contribute and lead in their communities.
Tutoring &
Homework Help
After school, children work on their homework with our staff and receive tutoring as needed. With consistent support and accountability, they are able to thrive academically, and we’ve seen grades improve dramatically simply by having a helper nearby.
School Supplies
& Snacks
Each child receives the school supplies they need to succeed—like backpacks, paper, pencils, and other items required by their school. They also enjoy snacks during homework time, helping them stay focused while enjoying a fun treat.
Bible Lessons
During our after-school program, children receive Bible lessons in addition to their tutoring and homework help. They learn Bible stories, memorize verses, sing songs, and learn the foundations of the Christian faith. During the summer, our mission teams facilitate Vacation Bible School for the villages, so they can increase their knowledge of the Bible and receive more opportunities to accept the Gospel.
