Building the Church in Mabama

I am writing today to share an update about the Mabama church, which Remember the Children has been supporting. We are pleased to inform you that the roofing and installation of window frames on the new church building, which will accommodate more than 200 believers, have been completed. The next step is to plaster and color the walls, followed by the flooring.

We would like to thank all our partners in the USA and Romania for supporting our dream to reach the unreached and Muslim community. Mabama is a village with a significant number of Muslims, and our plan is to ensure that every soul has a chance to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe having this church in the Muslim community will make a significant impact. Once the construction is complete and the necessary needs to accommodate the believers are in place, the entire church congregation will shift from worshipping at the former local bar to the new building. We expect the church to officially launch in the month of June.

George Ng'wavi, one of our house parents at Eternal Families, has the vision to plant 50 churches in the villages of Tabora, and we are proud to say that two churches have recently been planted in Miyega and Mabama.

As RTC here in Tanzania, we are grateful for our many friends who have helped us build and roof the church.

Thank you again for your continued support, and we look forward to updating you on our progress.

Kind Regards,
