Razvan Savu

Razvan was born and raised in Romania where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Theology and a master’s degree in Pastoral Theology & Missiology. He served for several years as a missionary in Romania alongside his wife, Allyssa. They served in orphanages and villages bringing the hope of Christ to hurting hearts. Razvan & Allyssa have served the Lord together since their relationship began. They now have a toddler, Ellis, and a golden retriever, Macy. He began working at Concordia Wesleyan Church, Kansas, in June of 2019 when he was hired as the Assistant Pastor. He now leads the youth ministry as well as preaches occasionally. 

Razvan enjoys reading books, board games, deep conversations and meaningful friendships. He also likes to make memories with his family by going on walks, reading together, traveling or just spending time around the table together. He works to keep in contact with his 6 siblings who are spread out across Europe. Razvan’s mission statement for the student ministry is “to build a community that follows Jesus passionately and makes God known.”
