Building Houses in Romania

Our friends at Caminul Felix invited us to join a partnership with them and Habitat for Humanity in building 20 transition homes for the former orphaned and abandoned in Romania.  The homes will be for young adults transitioning out of the Caminul Felix Children’s Homes. 

Caminul Felix has close to a 20 year history of rescuing orphaned, abandoned, and neglected children in Romania.  Remember the Children has been a partnering ministry to them for close to 14 years.

We are recruiting and scheduling work teams now for July 2010 and beyond.  Cost is $1800 for nine days plus airfare.  We ask all teams to raise some project money to help offset the infrastructure costs for the homes.
