Things have shifted over the last week, and most of what we are supporting is now taking place inside of Ukraine.

We continue to ask for your prayers. Our biggest issue is that after a month of war, our access to food in Romania is being rationed and costs have risen 100% in recent days on some items.

We are grateful for what you have done to help over the last few weeks. The support has come from so many states. Social media has played a huge role in this, and I am grateful to everyone who is sharing our story and our commitment to sending 100% of every donation to the relief efforts we are coordinating in Romania for Ukrainian refugees.

Ministry is never without hiccups! One of the main ways Remember the Children has been serving Ukrainian refugees is by distributing meals at the border. As families pass through, they are greeted with a sack lunch that was prepared by our team. Many of these families have been without food for several days as they make the journey to safety.

Yesterday was a crazy day with so much taking place. I was in contact with another non-profit that ships food packages to organizations feeding people in crisis. We are looking for ways to get supplemental food to the border to assist with our feeding program as food costs have increased in Romania 100% over the last three months.
